Pre-Orders

Pre-orders must be paid in full or reserved with a credit card (including shipping charges) at the time the order is placed. Pre-orders cannot be canceled after a specified date. In order to reach production, pre-order items may have a specified minimum quantity that must be sold; if this minimum quantity is not met during the pre-order period, orders may be canceled and refunds issued. Any changes to pre-orders or production status will be communicated via email. Although we strive to offer as accurate an estimate as possible, pre-order production times are approximate and subject to change. Images and photos of pre-order items may vary slightly from the final product.

Inventory and Backorders

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you within via email to give you an estimate of when the item will return to stock, and whether or not a backorder is available.

Shipping & Handling

All standard packages are shipped via USPS. Available shipping options will be based on the delivery address. If you need to use an alternate carrier, or a different service (express or international shipping), please contact us for a quote.

SageMint LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. USPS First Class package service is not insured, and orders shipped First Class cannot be refunded if the package is stolen after confirmed delivery. If your shipping address is prone to package theft, please consider:

  1. Choosing an insured method of shipping (Priority Mail) at checkout, or
  2. Having your package delivered to a more secure or manned address (business, post office box, mail center, etc.).

We strive to keep shipping and handling charges as low as possible. Should you have any questions the shipping of your order, or if the shipping charges quoted on the checkout page seem unusually high, please email us.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please save all packaging materials, including invoices or tags, and contact us within ten (10) business days. We ask that you send us a few digital photographs to document the defect/damage. We will file a claim with the manufacturer or shipper and get a replacement item out to you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Event Tickets

Unless otherwise noted, event tickets sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets. Event tickets may be transferable to another person, on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at least 48 hours PRIOR TO THE EVENT for more information.

If an event is canceled, refunds (not including transaction fees) or replacement tickets will be issued, at our discretion.

Physical Products

Returns of new, unopened physical products in their original packaging and condition will be accepted, with approval, within 30 days after the delivery date. Any refunds issued do not apply to shipping fees or other charges. To request a return, contact us. If you need to report a defective item or damaged shipment, see above.

Downloadable Products

Downloadable products are non-refundable. If you are having difficulty accessing your files, please contact us. If you need to report a defective item or damaged shipment, see above.

Event Policies

Ticket Limitations

Check your tickets upon issue for any errors. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and/or showing for which they are issued. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry to early- or late-arrivals. Unused tickets will not be reissued or refunded under any circumstances.

Venues & Event Providers

Venues and event providers are independent entities. As such, the ticketing agent, SageMint LLC, makes no representations or guarantees of safety, service, cleanliness, comfort, or any other provision.

Venues maintain their own facility rules, and safety standards. Please contact the host venue to inquire about:

  • facility rules
  • parking procedures
  • age restrictions
  • age appropriateness of content
  • health or safety warnings
  • masking requirements and other COVID protocols
  • accommodations for special needs
  • accommodations for late or early arrival
  • other questions

Ticket holders are responsible for verifying all representations and requirements with individual venues and/or event providers.

Minor Children

All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
