Payments and Products

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged to all online orders with an Oklahoma delivery address.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice. We are happy to accept your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover via our secure checkout system.

Inventory and Backorders

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you within via email to give you an estimate of when the item will return to stock, and whether or not a backorder is available.


Pre-orders must be paid in full or reserved with a credit card (including shipping charges) at the time the order is placed. Pre-orders cannot be canceled after a specified date. In order to reach production, pre-order items may have a specified minimum quantity that must be sold; if this minimum quantity is not met during the pre-order period, orders may be canceled and refunds issued. Any changes to pre-orders or production status will be communicated via email. Although we strive to offer as accurate an estimate as possible, pre-order production times are approximate and subject to change. Images and photos of pre-order items may vary slightly from the final product.

Shipping & Handling

All standard packages are shipped via USPS. Available shipping options will be based on the delivery address. If you need to use an alternate carrier, or a different service (express or international shipping), please contact us for a quote.

We strive to keep shipping and handling charges as low as possible. If the shipping charges quoted on the checkout page seem unusually high, or if you have other questions the shipping of your order, please email us.

SageMint LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. USPS First Class is an not insured method, and orders shipped First Class cannot be refunded if the package is stolen after confirmed delivery. If your delivery address is prone to package theft, we recommend that you:

  1. Choose an insured method of shipping (such as Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) at checkout, or
  2. Have your package delivered to a secure, supervised address (business, post office box, mail center, etc.).

International and Expedited Shipping

Our shop is configured to offer international shipping via USPS (including First Class International and Priority Flat Rate International). If you would like to request a quote for expedited services or an alternate carrier, or if the shipping charges quoted on the checkout page seem unusually high, feel free to email us for a more precise quote.

Customer Care

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please save all packaging materials, including invoices or tags, and contact us within ten (10) business days. Please take digital photographs to document the defect/damage. We will file a claim with the manufacturer or shipper and get a replacement item out to you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Event Tickets

Unless otherwise noted, sales of event tickets are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets. Event tickets may be transferable to another person, on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at least 48 hours PRIOR TO THE EVENT for more information.

If an event is canceled, refunds or replacement tickets will be issued, at our discretion. Transaction fees may not be refundable.

Physical Products

Returns of new, unopened physical products in their original packaging and condition will be accepted, with approval, within 30 days after the delivery date. Any refunds issued do not apply to shipping fees or other charges. To request a return, contact us. If you need to report a defective item or damaged shipment, see above.

Downloadable Products

Downloadable products are non-refundable. If you are having difficulty accessing your files, please contact us. If you need to report a defective item, see above.

Product Representation

Products may differ slightly from available samples and/or photographs. Online images and electronic proofs are representations only; dimensions, color and spacing of the actual product may vary.

Download Support

If you are having difficulty downloading, viewing, or printing a file, refresh your browser, or try using a different device. If that doesn’t correct the issue, let us know so we can try to resolve it. Please include the name of the file, the type of browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, iOs, etc.), the type of device you’re using, and a detailed explanation of the problem.

Paid Downloads

Support is available for all PAID downloadable products for one calendar year (365 days) from the date of purchase. If you encounter an issue after that, no worries! We will do our best to help — just contact us as directed above.

Free Downloads

At this time, we are unable to offer support, or accomodate custom requests, for FREE downloadable products.

Event Policies

Ticket Limitations

Check your tickets upon issue for any errors. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and/or showing for which they are issued. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry to early- or late-arrivals. Unused tickets will not be reissued or refunded under any circumstances.

Venues & Event Organizers

Venues and Event Organizers are independent entities. As such, SageMint LLC, as the ticketing agent, makes no representations or guarantees of safety, service, cleanliness, comfort, or any other provision.

Venues maintain their own facility rules, and safety standards. Please contact the host venue to inquire about:

  • facility rules
  • parking procedures
  • age restrictions
  • age appropriateness of content
  • health or safety warnings
  • masking requirements and other health protocols
  • accommodations for special needs
  • accommodations for late or early arrival
  • other questions

Ticket holders are responsible for verifying all representations and requirements with individual venues and/or event providers.

Minor Children

All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

All submitted content (including but not limited to: directory listings, events, articles, posts, reviews, and advertising) is subject to approval at the discretion of SageMint LLC. SageMint LLC reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject user-submitted content for any reason.

Publication or promotion of user-submitted content does not constitute an endorsement of any product, service, provider, or belief. Publication or promotion of user-submitted content is not in perpetuity; SageMint LLC reserves the right to revise, move, redirect, or remove submitted content at any time and for any reason.

Partnerships Exclusions

All partnerships, directory listings, and advertising (whether free or paid) are subject to approval at the discretion of SageMint LLC. We reserve the right to decline to partner with businesses, organizations, or individuals whose values, branding, or priorities do not align with those of SageMint LLC. At this time, we choose not to partner with the groups promoting the following products, services, or values:

  • Public-school-at-home, online public charter schools, or similar services or programs;
  • Cannabis products, tobacco products, and/or electronic inhalants (e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.);
  • Casinos, gambling, online gaming, lotteries, or similar products or services;
  • Obscene, sexually-explicit, or sexually-focused products or services;
  • Products or services that stand in opposition to Scripture and the Christian faith;
  • Political candidates and products or services that are overtly political in nature;
  • Other entities whose products or services do not align with the Mission, Purpose Statement, and Core Values of SageMint LLC.

User Submissions

By submitting events, directory listings, articles, posts, images, or other content to SageMint, users agree to abide by SageMint’s Terms and Shop Policies. SageMint LLC reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject submitted content for any reason. User-submitted content will be held for moderation until approved. Users will be notified by email of any changes to the status of their submission.

Prior to submission, please be sure that your content meets all of the following criteria:

  • Content aligns with SageMint LLC’s Mission Statement and Core Values;
  • Content is suitable for, and offers an evident appeal to, homeschooling families;
  • Content is an accurate, straight-forward representation of its subject (i.e. not misleading, not click-bait, not spam, etc.);
  • Content is not overtly political, or primarily for the purposes of fundraising;
  • Content has been edited and proof-read for clarity, accuracy, correct spelling and grammar, and length.
