We will have an optional training session with non-contact drills (ex: routes, footwork, blocking/tackling techniques, snapping, pursuit angles, etc) and whiteboard teaching sessions for formations and coverages. Players need to bring cleats and their own water. No helmets, shoulder pads, or other padded gear.
