Universal Orlando

Join us in Orlando right after Labor Day and experience the epic adventure of Universal Orlando Resort — with fewer crowds and great savings! Group tickets are up to $100 LESS per person than the cheapest options we can find online.

Ticket Options for this trip:

Registration Deadline is August 1, 2022.

Prices are for TICKETS ONLY and include all taxes and fees, plus shipping. A ticket is required for all guests ages 3 and up. Adult tickets may be limited to two per family. Tickets must be used within a seven (7) day period starting 9/7/22 and ending 9/13/22. No refunds will be issued for unused or expired days. Physical tickets will be issued, which can then be linked to the Universal Orlando Resort App.

Ticket Confirmation

A minimum of 10 student tickets must be sold in order to finalize this rate. Once we have secured this minimum, you will receive a Final Confirmation email. Until then, the trip is considered “tentative.” Please wait to receive your Final Confirmation before making any non-refundable reservations such as lodging, airfare, etc. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance as SageMint LLC is not responsible for any non-refundable reservations or change fees for lodging, airfare, rentals, etc. incurred due to trip cancellation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets for this trip are subject to our Event Policies. In addition, the following rules apply:

1. Tickets are non-transferrable.
2. Purchasers may cancel until July 15, 2022, for a refund minus a $25 per ticket Cancellation Fee.
3. No refunds will be issued after July 15, 2022.
4. If this trip is canceled at the discretion of SageMint LLC, your ticket order will be canceled and payment refunded.
5. SageMint LLC is not responsible for any non-refundable reservations or change fees for lodging, airfare, rentals, etc. incurred due to trip cancellation by either party.

Please note that Florida’s hurricane season lasts from June 1 through November 1. If a State of Emergency is declared due to a hurricane during our scheduled visit, we will do our best to work with Universal to honor any remaining dates on our group tickets. However, Universal may limit the options available for our group. Please keep this in mind prior to registration, and consider purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns. Completing registration and payment for this trip signifies your full agreement with all Event Policies, including the Cancellation & Refund Policy listed above.

About This Trip

Although you are buying your tickets as part of a group, your family is free to enjoy your trip however you please. Stay in whatever lodging you like, and follow whatever schedule works for your family. You do NOT have to use the exact check-in/out dates listed above. Park tickets will be available to use starting on September 7th, and your allotted days must be used by September 13th. Make your plans with that in mind, including your travel dates. (Refunds are not available for unused or expired park days.)

This trip is scheduled for right after Labor Day — a time when park crowds are likely to be low. The weather should still be warm enough (average temps: 89° / 74°) to enjoy the Volcano Bay water park. Expect humidity and the occasional rain shower, and dress accordingly.

Transportation

Flying or driving is up to you! Most Orlando hotels will charge for guest parking ($15-25 seems standard). If you fly (and skip the rental car), expect to pay up to $35-100 for transportation to/from your lodging, depending on method, distance, family size, and number of bags. You can arrange motorcoach pickup in advance, or hail a cab or Uber, etc. when you arrive. Uber and Lyft are quite popular near the parks and hotels, and reasonably affordable, but having 4 or more passengers may increase your wait time. Once you are on the resort, Universal’s FREE transportation (buses, water taxis, etc.) and walking are your best bets for getting around the property.

Lodging

Since this is not a high demand season, lodging rates are fairly reasonable. Due to the perks of staying on the property, you should check out Universal’s onsite resorts first. For example, Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites is currently offering rates from $93 per night for our dates! (Rates as of 6/1/22; subject to change and availability.) Other hotels are offering good deals, and many offer family suites, too! Rates will vary based on the length of your stay; the longer you stay, the lower the rate.
